This Privacy Policy explains how Bond Institute Music Corporation (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our applications (including iotaTONE) and websites (including iotatone.com and bondinstitute.io).

Account Information: When you create an iotaTONE account, we collect your username, email address, and a securely hashed password. We do not store plaintext passwords.
Contact Form Submissions: If you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.
Usage Data: We do not track your in-app activity, usage patterns, or browsing behavior. We do not use analytics or tracking software on our websites or in our apps.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
- Account management: To create and maintain your iotaTONE account and provide access to downloadable content such as sound packs.
- Communications (only with your consent): If you opt in during registration, we may send you occasional emails about new sound packs, app updates, or features. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at support@bondinstitute.io.
- Support: To respond to your questions or technical support requests.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.
- We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not share your email address with third-party marketers.
4. Advertising
Our apps may display Google AdMob banner ads solely to support ongoing development. These ads are not personalized and do not track you across apps or websites.
5. Device Permissions
Some features of our apps may request access to motion sensors (accelerometer), microphone, camera, or other device hardware. These permissions are used strictly for in-app functionality (such as tilt-based expression controls) and are never used to collect personal data.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are cryptographically hashed and never stored in plaintext. We use HTTPS for all data transmission between our apps, your browser, and our servers. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Our apps and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
