Scala (.scl support)

Just as we omit ET, Scala support is not implemented. Putting aside the World tunings & non-dodecaphonic tunings found in the Scala database, I contend the many thousands recorded there arise as a result of NOT being able to build an instrument that can do what iotaTONE does, that is, play perfect Just Intonation chords in all keys & modulate freely to any available key. iotaTONE solves the age old problem decisively. It opens up a new precision. Quite literally, iotaTONE is the 'Occam's Razor' of microtonal instrument design. Scala files will only be supported if demand arises.
